2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including for pricing errors, sourcing issues, suspected fraud, or payment verification problems.

 

3. Custom Orders

For custom, bespoke, engraved, resized, or personalised items, you are responsible for confirming all details before production begins. Once work has started, changes may not be possible. Custom items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty or required by law.

 

4. Pricing and Delivery

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to sourcing, production, or shipping delays. Risk passes on delivery or collection, while ownership remains with us until full payment has been received.

 

5. Returns

Non-custom items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided they are unused and in original condition. Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty or required by law.

 

6. Product Details

We do our best to present our products accurately, but slight variations may occur in colour, finish, stone appearance, and dimensions. These differences are natural and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
