Refund Policy

At Efi & Co, we want every piece to meet the highest standard. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims for stock items and custom-made jewellery.

1. Stock Items

For ready-made stock items, we offer a 30-day refund period from the date you receive your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved.

2. Custom-Made Jewellery

Custom-made jewellery is created specifically for you. For this reason, custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes bespoke designs, personalised pieces, engraved items, resized items, and any item made to your specifications.

3. Warranty

Custom-made jewellery includes a 180-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, misuse, or damage caused by improper care, resizing by a third party, or repairs not performed by us.

 

4. How to Request a Refund or Warranty Review

To request a refund for a stock item or to submit a warranty claim for a custom-made piece, please contact us at info@ecophiliaco.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Where relevant, we may request photos or further details before assessing your request.

 

5. Final Decision

All refund and warranty requests are subject to inspection and approval. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Shipping charges, customs duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
